Find a Reason to Keep Going
Quitting is so easy

Every day, I find a reason to keep going and you should too.
Giving up is the easiest option but at the end of the day, you get to choose between two types of pain.
- The pain of regret
- The pain of discipline
I choose the latter.
Why?
Because I don’t want to live a “what if” life. I want to live an “I did that life.” I achieved that. I fought through the pain when I couldn’t be bothered to write one more article and I did it anyway.
I pushed through when I was tired but gave myself some well-deserved rest at the end of the day.
It’s not about non-stop work but there will be times when you don’t feel like doing anything at all but sometimes, you have to push through those difficult days and cross the finish line. Finish what you started.
I have this goal to hit 10,000 articles on Medium. I could give up because my Medium earnings are down right now but I’m not giving up. I might slow down, but I’m not giving up.
Last year, I went from earning $0 on Hubpages to earning $1000 or more per month. It’s not easy to make that kind of money on Hubpages believe me. But guess what? I found my reason.
My reason is to inspire my mentees, to inspire my subscribers, to inspire myself, and to inspire my son to be strong, focused and ambitious.
I don’t believe in working 18 hours a day but I do believe in pushing myself beyond my imagination to achieve more. Not to impress my parents, friends or associates but to live a life of freedom.
Freedom is bliss.
I don’t have to work anymore. I choose to because I want to teach my son that nothing is free. You have to pay with time or money.
He’s my reason, my son. I’m the reason. Everyone who consumes my content unknowingly push me to keep going each day.
What’s your reason?
Thank you.
