GOALS: SHOULD YOU ANNOUNCE THEM or Stay Silent?

I am currently doing a 100 video in 100 days challenge on one of my YouTube Channels. I posted this video because I had a conversation with a friend of mine recently about announcing your goals or documenting your journey on social media. She believes that it’s best to stay silent.
