My First 5 Days on Simily — My Verdict
How much I made and my views on the platform
--
I joined Simily last week, the new kid on the block in the world of online writing. If you don’t know what Simily is, read Kristina God article about Simily below:
You can also read my 30-day Simily challenge article here:
Anyway, I signed up through Kristina God’s promo code and got a one-month free trial(it’s usually $6.99 per month for unlimited browsing).
My Experience on Simily So Far
I was reluctant to sign up to another platform because I already have multiple plates spinning at the moment therefore, my time is limited. I read a few articles about Simily in the past couple of months but had no interest in signing up. I bit the bullet and signed up last week and here’s my take so far.
User-Friendly Interface
The Simily interface is user-friendly and relatively clean. It uses Wordpress and you can tell. It reminds me of an old platform called Triond from back in the day. There is something old school about the platform, the font, the overall feel, it gives me vintage vibes. I like it.
Community
There is a community feature that allows you to create groups, send private messages, comment on articles and create status posts. I like it so far although, I haven’t sent private messages yet, I just observe mostly. If you want to like an article, you “snap” which is pretty cool. A snap is equivalent to Medium clap but you can only snap once.
